Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached. Returns are accepted within the period stated at the time of purchase. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Visit bigdogsgraphic.com and log into your account.
- Go to the order history page and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions to print your return label. Pack the item securely in original packaging.
Important Notes
- Return labels are provided for eligible returns. You are responsible for following the provided instructions.
- Exchanges are processed once your original item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- We do not cover any additional costs associated with return shipping unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, final sale merchandise, and any item that shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
Processing time
Once we receive your return, please allow processing time. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund or exchange is completed.
